You are responsible for consulting with your healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet, exercise, or health routines. Participation in this program does not establish a client-provider relationship.

2. Program Access & Delivery

Upon enrollment, you will receive access to:

  • 14 daily coaching videos

  • Daily email guidance

  • Direct support via WhatsApp with Mindy for the duration of the reset

Access begins on the program start date noted at time of purchase. Please ensure your contact information is accurate so you can receive all program communications.

3. Support Boundaries

Support is provided for general guidance and accountability through WhatsApp. While personal questions are welcome, individualized medical nutrition therapy or therapeutic counseling is not included in this program. If more personalized support is needed, please consider 1:1 coaching.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the program—including immediate access to educational materials and direct support—no refunds will be issued once the purchase is complete.

5. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including videos, emails, and resources, are the property of Feel Better Nutrition LLC d/b/a Rest By The Willow and may not be copied, distributed, or used outside of personal participation in the program.
